Situated at the gateway to Brisbane’s CBD in Breakfast Creek Wharf, the Mercedes-Benz Lifestyle Precinct is an Australian-first concept blending luxury retail, hospitality, and workspaces under one roof. Designed by Jackson Clements Burrows and brought to life by builder FDC, this project redefined the traditional showroom, positioning Mercedes-Benz as a holistic lifestyle brand.

At the entrance to Brisbane’s CBD, the Mercedes-Benz Lifestyle Precinct at Breakfast Creek Wharf set out to create an Australian-first destination that blended retail, hospitality, and workspaces into one seamless, luxurious environment.
The vision was to reposition Mercedes-Benz beyond the traditional showroom. Lighting needed to integrate with the tactile warmth of timber and brick finishes, complement the architecture’s flowing curves, and create a refined, ambient atmosphere for visitors to shop, dine, work, and explore.

We specified and supplied a lighting package built around Novalux Ghost Evo and Linea Light Pool C fittings, chosen for their sleek profiles and architectural precision.
Clean ceiling lines were achieved through recessed and integrated installations, pairing modular LED strips with focused spotlights to deliver both ambient warmth and accent illumination.
Curved architectural features were brought to life with soft LED disc lighting, enhancing the sculptural quality of the interiors. Every fixture was positioned to harmonise with the material palette and spatial flow, ensuring the lighting became an invisible yet essential layer of the design.
