Hallmarc Offices

Highlighting a prestigious head office

As companies are demanding more from their workplaces than ever before, lighting one of Melbourne’s leading industrial property developers meant a variety of requirements had to be met at Hallmarc’s office on Collins Street.

With lighting designed and supplied by L&T, this project utilised a variety of traditional downlights, strip lights and suspended linear lights. Combining these luminaires meant that requirements were met for all occupants, balancing efficiency and comfort.

Simple, vibrant lighting for efficiency and warmth

The design worked to complement the natural vibrancy of the building’s existing architecture, while providing lighting that balances ambience and productivity. Recessed linear and suspended linear pendants, task lighting and indirect LED strip lighting from Unios’ LX range were used to integrate the lighting into the surrounding structures, while also ensuring an optimal working environment with correct colour balancing and effective colour temperature.

The lighting solution provided in the Hallmarc office not only complemented the various functions of the space, but also stimulated productivity and well-being for all occupants.
