JARtB House by Kavellaris Urban Design, an architecture firm based in Melbourne and led by the inimitable Billy Kavellaris, is a feat of modern design, integrating art and architecture into one truly unique space. Featuring geometric formations, glass murals, and an incomparable art gallery, JARtB House is an architectural marvel and a gem of Toorak’s residential district.
Emphasising the finer details with expressive lighting features
At Light & Tracks, we understand the nuances of lighting and how they can uplift and add dimension to a space. For this project, lighting provided by Unios, Novalux, Ghidini and LuxR, allowed us to play with light and dark within JARtB House, emphasising contrast and the finer details and letting them sing. It was essential for us to pair back the lighting, keeping it simple and functional, ensuring that the artistic expression of JARtB House would truly stand out.
